1. Event Overview

The Spook & Spark Spirit Week is a promotional event held at Arizona Organix, 5301 W Glendale Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, from October 27-31, 2025, during regular store hours (8 AM - 10 PM daily). Participants who make a purchase and dress in the daily theme can receive one free mystery treat bag per day, subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older for recreational purchases, or 18 years of age or older with a valid medical marijuana card for medical purchases, in compliance with Arizona cannabis laws.

• Participants must make a purchase of any amount at Arizona Organix Glendale during the event dates.

• Participants must wear a costume that aligns with the daily theme (see Daily Themes section below).

3. Daily Themes

Each day features a unique theme to inspire your costume. Dress accordingly to qualify:

• Monday, Oct 27 – Munchie Madness: Food-themed costumes (e.g., pizza, tacos, burgers) with bold food vibes or DIY snack outfits.

• Tuesday, Oct 28 – Hippy Trippy Tuesday: Psychedelic vibes with tie-dye, flower crowns, bell-bottoms, or peace sign accessories.

• Wednesday, Oct 29 – Witches & Wizards Wednesday: Mystic looks with pointed hats, robes, wands, capes, or starry props.

• Thursday, Oct 30 – Throwback Thriller Thursday: Retro ‘80s horror, neon tees, Michael Jackson thriller vibes, or fake blood effects.

• Friday, Oct 31 – High Halloween Finale: Any costume, from ghosts to ghouls, for a spooky grand finale.

Costume approval is at the discretion of Arizona Organix staff.

4. Mystery Treat Bag Details

• One mystery treat bag per customer per day, while supplies last.

• Bags contain a curated selection of goodies from sponsors: Made, Abstrakt, Aeriz, Wyld, Wana, Mr Honey, 22Red, Mohave, Grön, and Sluggers.

• Contents and availability vary based on stock levels and participation; no specific brands or items are guaranteed.

• Treat bags are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

• Offer is valid only during store hours (8 AM - 10 PM) on October 27-31, 2025, and ends at close of business each day.

• Limit one treat bag per customer per day, regardless of purchase amount or additional costumes.

• Treat bags are subject to availability and may run out before 10 PM each day.

• No rain checks, substitutions, or refunds will be provided for unavailable treat bags.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Arizona Organix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged treat bags.

• Participation in the event is at the participant’s own risk. Arizona Organix is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from costumes or participation.

• All decisions regarding eligibility, costume approval, and treat bag distribution are final and at the sole discretion of Arizona Organix management.

7. Changes and Termination

Arizona Organix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spook & Spark Spirit Week or these terms at any time without prior notice, including due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply shortages or safety concerns).
