Raffles

1. Eligibility

• Open exclusively to Arizona Organix shoppers who are Arizona residents and:

  • 18+ with a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana Card, OR

  • 21+ without a medical card.

• Employees, directors of Arizona Organix, their affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible.

• Void where prohibited by law.

2. Raffle Period

• Begins: September 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM MST

• Ends: September 30, 2025, at 10:00 PM MST

• Purchases made outside this period do not qualify.

3. How to Enter

• Spend $50 or more (before taxes, after discounts) on Arizona Organix products in a single transaction at Arizona Organix during the Raffle Period to receive one (1) raffle ticket entry.

• For every additional $50 spent in a single transaction, you earn one additional ticket (e.g., $100 = 2 tickets, $150 = 3 tickets).

• Entries are automatically tracked based on purchases.

• Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

• First Place (1 Winner): Two (2) tickets to the Arizona Cardinals vs. Tennessee Titans game on October 5, 2025, at 1:05 PM MST at State Farm Stadium (Section 112) + 1 oz of Arizona Organix Premium Flower.

• Second Place (1 Winner): 1000 Arizona Organix reward points.

• Third Place (1 Winner): 750 Arizona Organix reward points.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions allowed.

• Winners are responsible for all taxes, travel, lodging, and other expenses associated with prize use.

• Flower prize requires a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana Card for winners under 21.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Three (3) winners will be selected via random drawing on or about October 1, 2025, from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via phone call on October 1, 2025.

• Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize.

• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions

• Arizona Organix reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity.

• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Arizona Organix’s decisions, which are final.

7. Release and Indemnity

• Entrants release Arizona Organix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from liability, damages, or claims arising from Raffle participation or prize use.

• Entrants agree to indemnify Arizona Organix against claims resulting from their violation of these Terms.
